Hands down the best orthodontist in Buffalo! The staff genuinely care about your treatment and they genuinely care about you. They're extremely supportive and keep you up to date on the progress of your treatment plan. Dr. Richter and her staff provide a welcoming atmosphere - you can't help but feel comfortable around them. Oh, and did I mention how fantastic my son's teeth are now? Thanks, Dr. Amy!

I wish all offices were run like this one. Everyone really seemed to enjoy their job. I had appointments every month for 2+ years. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They took care of any issues I had immediately. And finally I am very happy with the results!

Fantastic experience with Amy Richter Orthodontics! Extremely professional and warm staff - from the front desk to the financial office to the dental staff. We always felt welcome, were kept apprised of everything going on, and my daughter's teeth look beautiful. Appointment times were a dream - never waited for more than just a few minutes to get in. The office is run in a highly efficient manner. Highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.
