Everyone has been wonderful!! Annie is always so kind and friendly. Ann Marie and Rob are always so helpful. Dr. Richter has been great . We never have a long wait nor do we ever feel rushed. My daughter is very comfortable there. My only wish is that there were more available days at the Blasdell office . It is sometimes difficult to make it to other offices if there is an emergency. The Blasdell office is so convenient for us. I would highly recommend Dr. Richter orthodontics.

Dr Amy & staff are amazing! Getting braces for kids can be a very scary and uncomfortable process for kids & parents. Fears about pain and discomfort, along with the potential financial burdens are all addressed with compassion, gentleness, and extreme professionalism. From the first appointment to the last, it is never a struggle to visit this office monthly. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and it is like one big family. We would recommend this office to anyone!

Wow! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The receptionist knew it was us without me telling her our name. She was kind and bubbly. The office manager Ann Marie and I talked. She told me everything I needed to know. She was very smart and knowledgeable in addition to being really sweet. The doctor was efficient and knowledgeable as well. Easy to work with. What a great office and group of people working at Amy Richter Ortho!
